You agree not to submit false information, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation, and not to use the site to send unsolicited communications. You agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from anything on the site.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, video, and software, are owned by Soren or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. The Soren name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission.

You may view and download content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification and comparison only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.

Do not send us anything you consider confidential. Do not send privileged material, protected health information, or other regulated data through a website form.

Information you submit through a form or booking tool must be accurate and yours to provide. We handle it under our Privacy Policy.

Scheduling a conversation does not create a commercial relationship or obligate either party. Any incentive we offer in connection with a meeting is subject to the terms stated at the time, and we may modify or discontinue it.

Product demonstrations show representative capabilities. Because every Soren deployment is built around a specific organization's processes, a demonstration is not a description or guarantee of what will be delivered to you. Scope is defined in a written agreement.

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including scheduling tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Content on the site is general information, not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOREN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You will indemnify and hold harmless Soren from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept them.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Soren regarding the site.
