Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a meeting, or contact us, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company, and role. We also collect any details you choose to share about your organization and its operations, and anything else you send us directly.

Information collected automatically. When you visit soren-ai.com we collect your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, your browser, device type, and operating system, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the links you click. We also collect the referring URL, any campaign parameters such as utm_source, and cookie and device identifiers.

Information from advertising platforms. If you interact with a Soren ad or submit a lead form on Meta or Google, we receive the information you provided there along with the campaign it came from.

Information from business data providers. We use third-party business data sources to supplement professional contact and company information for sales purposes.

We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies on our site.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working, handle security, and remember your privacy choices. These cannot be turned off, because the site will not function without them.

Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Advertising cookies let us measure how our ads perform and show you Soren ads on other sites.

The only tool currently in use on our site is the Meta Pixel, which we use for advertising measurement. We will update this list when we add analytics tools.

If you are in the United States, analytics and advertising cookies are on when you arrive. You can turn them off at any time using the Your privacy choices link in our footer. Your choice is saved on your device and applies to future visits from that browser.

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we set no analytics or advertising cookies until you consent through our banner.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising, and we disable advertising cookies automatically.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalization directly through Google Ads Settings and your Meta account settings.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and schedule conversations, to qualify and follow up on sales inquiries, to measure how our site and campaigns perform, and to improve our website and content. We use it to send you information about Soren where you have asked for it or where we are permitted to. We also use it for security, fraud prevention, protecting our rights, and meeting our legal obligations.

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including our hosting, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, communications, and scheduling providers.

We share measurement and audience data with advertising platforms as described above.

We share information with professional advisors such as our lawyers and accountants where necessary, with a successor if Soren is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and with authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not exchange personal information for money. Some of our advertising may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and you can opt out as described above.

Data processed inside a Soren deployment is handled under the written agreement with that customer, including any applicable data processing terms. It is not used for our advertising.

If your information is processed inside a customer's deployment, that customer controls it. Contact them, or contact us and we will route your request.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it. Sales and marketing records are typically kept for 24 months from last contact.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and to appeal a decision we make about your request.

To exercise any of these, email kevin@soren-ai.com. We will verify your identity before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended. The categories of information we collect, use, and share are described above.

Residents of the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland may also object to or restrict processing and lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. Our legal bases are consent for cookies and marketing, and legitimate interests for site operation, security, and business communications.

Our site and service are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give additional notice.
